Knowledge Lab

Learning Experience

We believe it is essential for children to explore and experience the multiple facets of Iman and Quranic knowledge. This exploration develops meaningful connections and enables practical applications in their daily lives. This requires a didactic as well as halaqah approach to teaching, one that is tailored to help children understand the various facets of knowledge, its practical applications, and how it relates to their personal experiences. Our design for the learning experience uses learner’s personal experience to make the knowledge relevant and actionable and aims to be in line with the principles for inviting others towards Allah, as revealed in the following verse:

Invite to the way of your Rabb with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Rabb is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided. [Al-Quran16:125]
